Please wait at reception on arrival, one of our team members will be out to collect you.
Booking a try on doesn't guarantee all garments will be available in our stock room. However, we have many gorgeous outfits to choose from.
Your $25 try on fee will go towards your rental if you’re booking your garment within 24 hours of your try on. If you do not decide to book an outfit, this fee is non refundable.
When trying on in your appointment if you damage or mark the garment a dry cleaning or repair fee may be charged.
Please try not to be late, as we usually have clients booked after you. We advise all clients to be 5 minutes earlier to avoid this.
